About
I am an Early Help Practitioner and founder of the Creative Support Programme, by Therapeutic Pathways. I provide creative early intervention for children in primary schools and the community, supporting those with emotional, sensory, and regulation needs who do not meet thresholds for specialist provision or CAMHS.
My work is informed by both professional practice and lived experience. As a mother of a neurodivergent child, navigating education and support systems, revealed significant gaps. Long waiting lists, financial barriers, and rigid thresholds often left children unsupported as individuals. This led me to pursue evidence-based approaches that enabled me to support my child at home, advocate effectively within school settings, and develop a practical understanding of regulation, sensory needs, and emotional development.

My experience underpins my professional mission: to support parents with effective strategies in the home, and to support schools with training and systems that respond to the rising needs of SEN pupils, through creative and psychologically informed pathways.
Through my work in local primary schools in London, I developed the Creative Support Programme - a structured, time limited, child led intervention, aligned with Tier 1 and Tier 2 early help frameworks. The programme is delivered during the school day to maximise impact, supporting emotional regulation, resilience, learning readiness, attendance, and overall wellbeing.

I am trained in therapeutic drawing, creative storytelling, and sensory inclusion. I deliver group workshops for children and provide training for schools to upskill their existing workforce, creating sustainable support for pupils requiring additional help. I also offer early help intervention for children in the community at Edgware Community Hospital.
The Creative Support Programme integrates creative and body based approaches for children who find traditional talking therapies inaccessible. These approaches support emotional expression and regulation in a psychologically safe and inclusive way, particularly for neurodivergent children and those experiencing sensory overload, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
