Struggling with your child's behaviour?
Parent Support in London
Helping you feel more confident and less overwhelmed, day to day.
We're really glad you've found us. You don't have to do this on your own anymore.

If you're here, it means you care deeply about your child and you're looking for a way forward.
You're taking proactive steps to find support now, rather than waiting for things to fall into place.

ANCHOR Inclusion® offers a small, community based space for parents who are struggling with their child's behaviour, emotional outbursts or sensory needs.

A calm, supportive environment where you can feel understood and begin to see your child's behaviour as communication - not just something to manage.

Delivered at NHS locations and open to families across Greater London.

You may be here because...
You're overwhelmed by behaviour
Managing outbursts can be exhausting.
You want to understand your child better
Make sense of what your child needs.
You're waiting for support
You need something now.
You want calmer days at home
Practical ways to respond with confidence.
Our Approach
ANCHOR supports parents to better understand their child's behaviour and respond with more confidence in everyday situations.
We focus on interpreting behaviour as communication. Our approach draws on psychology and sensory understanding, but focuses on what actually works in real life situations.

The aim is to help you respond more consistently, so things begin to feel calmer and more stable for you and your child overtime.
